Tickets are on sale for the 19th Annual Pullman Regional Hospital Foundation Gala scheduled for Saturday, Feb.
7 at SEL Event Center in Pullman. The fundraiser presented by the Avista Foundation will include dinner + dancing, and tickets cost $150 with sales open through Jan. 23.
💼 Business
Clearwater Power crews are working in Troy (also in Deary and Texas Ridge) today to restore power lost in last week's windstorm that left 140 customers without electricity.
Restoration is expected by Christmas Eve night with 16 extra line crews deployed.
🏥 Health
The University of Idaho will receive nearly $1M (from one defense grant) and about $400K from another to study PTSD using wearable devices and assess deployment stress on military families; the multi-year funding is part of a nearly $6M allocation for PTSD research.
