The LC Valley Resilience Coalition is holding its sixth annual conference Thursday at Lewis-Clark State College for public networking and resilience building—with a theme of Community Collaboration: Working & Playing Together for Resilience.

Keynote speaker Danielle Scott (a University of Idaho Extension Educator) will discuss building belonging while a film screening of Playing for Keeps on Wednesday at 6 p.m. adds a chance for attendees to earn college credits.

The University of Idaho raised $67.6 million for the budget year ending June 30—$38.5 million went to research and academics, $19.3 million to scholarships, $7.5 million to faculty support and $2.3 million to state facilities—to support its first endowed deanship in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences. The record comes after the university met its $500 million goal for its Brave. Bold. Unstoppable. campaign in April.
