- ➤ Palouse Land Trust will host a Meat-n-Greet at Happy Hog Meatery and Shattuck West Taproom where community members can buy sausage by donation and enjoy live music to support local conservation (Idler's Rest and Penstemon Path). Shattuck West will donate $1 from each beverage sale to the trust, and the event is family and dog friendly (all funds aid future conservation projects). Pullman Radio
CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ The Appaloosa Museum & Heritage Center in Moscow closed on Monday and will transition to a virtual museum next month. Officials said the building, sold on Pullman Road, must be emptied by the end of the month & the new location has not been announced. Pullman Radio
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Eight attorneys have applied for the Latah County Magistrate Judge vacancy in Moscow after former Magistrate Judge Megan Marshall was moved in May to a higher court by Governor Brad Little following Judge John Judge's retirement in January— the Idaho State Supreme Court is taking public comments until July 7.
