- ➤ The Lael Retreat Center at 1181 White Pine Flats Road east of Troy will host 3rd Annual Spring Into Summer Fest on Sunday, May 31 from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. The free, all-ages event offers live music from local bands, games, activities + a beer garden with a food truck. Pullman Radio
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ LC State announced that 959 students earned a spot on its spring honor roll, with 558 on the President’s List and 401 on the Dean’s List. Local students were recognized, and the college reminded applicants that undergraduate spring applications are due by Aug. 8. Dailyfly

GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Idaho Transportation Department will begin repairs on US-95 south of Moscow near Thorn Creek Road on June 1 & crews will replace unstable soil with a rock support to stabilize the hillside. Northbound traffic will be reduced to one lane, and construction is set to finish early July. Dailyfly
- ➤ Repairs on eight north-central Idaho bridges will start Monday on the Palouse River Bridge near Harvard and continue until the end of August. Construction crews will work on one bridge at a time on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and motorists can expect delays under 15 minutes. Dailyfly
