- ➤ The City of Moscow partnered with the Moscow Arts Commission to install four new vinyl wrap artworks on city-owned signal boxes in Moscow—two on previously wrapped locations and two in new spots. The installations, selected from 18 community submissions, are located at Stadium and Hwy 8, S Jackson and Hwy 8, 8th between Jackson and Main and 6th and Deakin—bringing local art to these areas. - ➤ 22-year-old Bradley Baas, a candidate for the Latah County Library Board, was arrested early Sunday morning in Moscow on Pullman Road for allegedly driving drunk when officers spotted him drinking at a McDonald’s drive thru and his blood alcohol level registered just below 0.14—over the legal limit—while he challenges Trustee Marci Miller in Tuesday’s election. - ➤ Idaho drivers saw a slight dip in gas prices as AAA Idaho reported the average price of regular gasoline is $3.28 per gallon—down half a cent from last week, five cents lower than a month ago, and 57 cents lower than this time last year.
