- ➤ Potlatch Volunteer Firefighters responded to a loader fire at Northwest Biomass on Friday morning around 10:00 a.m. + they quickly knocked down the flames before the fire reached the building across the tracks from the Historic Potlatch Rail Depot. Pullman Radio

- ➤ Bookpeople of Moscow invite community members to meet Dr. Ed Galindo, board member of Tarragraphics International Foundation and acclaimed author of Children of the Stars and Dance of the Salmon. - ➤ The City of Moscow and the Moscow Arts Commission announced that the 3rd Thursday Artwalk will be held on May 15 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. downtown, where local businesses including RE/MAX Connections, Thrivent Financial, and others will showcase art installations + creative works for all to enjoy. - ➤ Starting today, Idaho residents must obtain burn permits to burn debris until October 20 (available online or at local IDL offices) while the Bureau of Land Management issues a fire prevention order that bans fireworks, exploding targets, steel or tracer ammunition and burning of explosive materials on public lands.
