Kenneth Indish, a 43-year-old man, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon after firing a shotgun outside a home on Lincoln Street on March 26th—he was sentenced to between two and nine years in prison by Judge Jay Gaskill.
