- ➤ The City of Moscow and the Moscow Arts Commission announced a new 3rd Thursday Artwalk event that will take place on April 17 from 4pm to 8pm. Eleven local venues (presenting visual, culinary, literary, and performing arts) will offer free public events. Big Country News
