Cori Dantini’s artwork featuring a chicken holding a basket of produce has been chosen as the 2026 Farmers Market Poster.

The piece will be showcased at the market's info tent when it opens May 2 and runs every Saturday through October.

City officials selected Cori Dantini’s painting To Market, To Market as the official 2026 Farmers Market poster after it received 46% of 1,240 votes (569 votes).

The market will run Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. downtown from May 2 through October.

Genesee High School’s Ben Farr was named Idaho Athlete of the Week after setting new records in the 1600 and 3200 at the Kendrick Invitational track meet — he ran the 1600 in 4:40 and the 3200 in 9:56.
