- ➤ On March 28th around 2:00 p.m., Moscow Police rescued a woman locked in a storage unit on 3rd Street after her ex-boyfriend, 51-year-old Michael Dahl, had screwed the door shut and threatened her; officers later arrested Dahl at his trailer on North Almon Street for second-degree felony kidnapping. - ➤ On March 27 at 6:30 p.m., Moscow Police with help from Latah County Sheriff's Office arrested Aaron S. Hypes—wanted from Butler County for manslaughter, fentanyl trafficking, and persistent felony offenses—on the 1100 Block of N. Polk Street Ext and transported him to Latah County Jail.
