- ➤ Connor Jacobson has been charged with two counts of alleged animal cruelty after a family dog (Lily) was found dead and another dog (Tumble) was injured and treated at Washington State University, with his first court appearance scheduled for March 24 at 8:30 a.m. at the Latah County Courthouse.
