- ➤ The Moscow Volunteer Fire Department’s 2026 Stairclimb team of 28 firefighters raised over $30,000 for Blood Cancer United at Seattle’s Columbia Center Tower by climbing 1,356 steps — several team members, including Joey Williams and Ava Sabari, earned top honors. Pullman Radio

- ➤ Moscow’s new Chick-fil-A opens today at 6:30 a.m. in the Palouse Place parking lot at the old Sangria restaurant site. The restaurant hosts a Moove-In Party with cow attire bonuses, exclusive gifts for the first 25 customers, and will create about 115 jobs while donating $25,000 to the Idaho Food Bank. Pullman Radio
