- ➤ A new exhibit featuring historic artifacts from Edward R. Murrow is on display at WSU’s Terrell Library atrium; visitors can view items for free until mid-April ahead of the 50th Murrow Symposium (April 6–8) on campus. Pullman Radio
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ The Moscow Charter School is accepting applications for a new Administrator until March 23. The school board will offer competitive pay based on experience and provides details online. Pullman Radio
- ➤ The University of Idaho is hosting its inaugural Energy Symposium today and tomorrow at the Bruce M. Pitman Center on campus; veteran journalist Robert Bryce will deliver the keynote today (7:00 p.m.) in the Pitman Center (International Ballroom) to share insights on energy, power and innovation. - ➤ Local students from Moscow Middle School and Palouse Prairie Charter School showed strong math skills on Feb. 5 at the SEL Printed Circuit Board Factory in Moscow. The Moscow Middle School team earned the top score and will compete at Boise State University on March 14 while top individuals received scholarships. Pullman Radio
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ Palouse-area Special Olympics basketball teams won gold at the Washington Winter Games in Wenatchee from Feb. 27 to March 1, while the cheerleading team earned silver. The teams were escorted by Pullman Police before departing for the event. Pullman Radio
