- ➤ On Saturday, Feb. 21 the Whitman County Humane Society will host its 18th Annual FurBall themed The Wizard of Pawz at the SEL Event Center in Pullman (the evening will start with Yappy Hour, themed entertainment, dining, and auctions as guests wear Wizard of Oz-inspired attire) to support shelter programs. - ➤ Whitman County Humane Society announced that its 18th Annual FurBall — themed as 'The Wizard of Pawz' — will be held at SEL Event Center in Pullman on Saturday, Feb. 21. Ticket sales will begin Jan. 15 to support programs that help homeless animals. Pullman Radio
